I created Hallyu Heights to make Korean feel practical, understandable and usable beyond the textbook — whether you are learning your first Hangul letters, building confidence in conversation or using Korean professionally.

Korean language learning, teaching and professional communication.
My work sits between language education and real-world Korean communication. That matters because learners usually do not want grammar rules in isolation — they want to understand what Korean means, why it sounds natural and how to use it themselves.

My teaching focuses on clear explanations, sentence building, useful vocabulary and helping learners move from passive knowledge to active Korean.
Interpretation
I have Korean ↔ English interpretation experience and have supported professional communication involving Korean companies and projects.

My goal is not to make Korean look easy by skipping the difficult parts. It is to make difficult parts explainable, practise them in context and help learners build a repeatable way to improve.
Understand the pattern
Learn what a grammar point or expression is doing in a real sentence, not only its one-line English translation.
Use it yourself
Build your own short sentences, speak them aloud and get correction so Korean becomes something you can produce.
Meet it again
Recycle vocabulary and patterns through flashcards, reading, listening and conversation so they move into long-term memory.
