Can a complete beginner start TOPIK preparation?
Yes, but the first stage may look more like foundational Korean: Hangul, pronunciation, basic grammar and high-frequency vocabulary. Once those are comfortable, exam-style practice becomes more useful.
What should I study first for TOPIK I?
